In order to deliver what you want, Mariana Olexiuc begins each session with a focused and personalised consultation. During the session, she gets to know a client’s preferences and their desired eyelash look. Depending on what the client chooses, she then strives to transform it into a reality.
The eyelash extension procedure itself is quite simple. Individual eyelash extensions are bonded to your natural lashes so that you look absolutely fabulous. Made from a soft and synthetic material, eyelash extensions look almost identical to natural lashes. They are applied using tweezers and specifically- formulated semi-permanent glue or adhesive. The use of a tweezer not only aids the process, but also makes it more sanitary and hygienic, which reduces the risk of infection. Furthermore, it also ensures precision through which the eyelash extension is placed and applied.
The procedure usually takes about an hour or two and starts with the removal of makeup and skin care products from a client’s face and eyes.
Once the eyelash extensions are placed and bonded to a client’s natural lashes, they can withstand the effects of sweat, water, tears and the sun. However, it is advisable to avoid water usage for at least two hours after the procedure. But once the extensions are well-bonded and dried, you can even go for a swim without any worry.
Some of the top benefits of the eyelash extension procedure include:
Although there are no serious side-effects of this treatment, sometimes, the ingredients in the glue can cause allergic reactions. An allergic reaction can trigger itching, pain, redness and swelling around the eyes, but it’s temporary and gets better over time.
